Demonstration of the "Reshaping Journey" Production Line
With the increasingly serious global problem of plastic waste, environmental regulations in various countries are becoming stricter. The plastic recycling industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities. The "CHINAPLAS 2025 International Rubber and Plastic Exhibition" will focus on this hot trend and launch a simultaneous event called "Reshaping Journey" production line demonstration. With the theme of plastic circular economy, through online demonstrations, the high-value utilization and high-tech production of plastic recycling will be comprehensively demonstrated on site. Two production lines focus on the themes of "same level recycling - PET food grade recycling" and "turning waste into treasure - high-value PE recycling".
The demonstration of the "same level recycling x PET food grade recycling" production line will include six processes: material sorting, extrusion granulation, metal detection, underwater granulation, solid-phase thickening, and injection blow molding. Provided by Meiya Optoelectronics, Aisiret, Shuangshi, Zhaohe Machinery, and Xiaoban Machinery respectively. This is the first time that the production process of PET recycling at the same level has been fully presented on the exhibition site.
The demonstration of the "turning waste into treasure x high-value PE recycling" production line focuses on the recycling and regeneration of PE, from the crushing, cleaning, drying, sorting, and re granulation of post consumer daily chemical bottles. Three recycling equipment suppliers, Junnuo, Laufer, and Aislite, conducted on-site production demonstrations. This intuitively demonstrates the circular economy value of PE plastics.
